DRFold Running job

Dear Sir/Madam,

I submitted 8 RNA structures in DRFold server a week ago and the same (or next) day got back 6 of them. However, 2 of them are still running and I still see that "The sequence has been submitted and in processing... You will receive a notification email once the job is completed." Is there any problem in the server?

My jobs are DRF349 and DRF350.

Thanks for sharing your experience, Guillem. I’m also curious if there might be a server-side issue causing some jobs to remain stuck in ‘processing’Chiikawa Puzzle. It would be great if the admins could confirm whether this is expected behavior or if action is needed.

Thanks for the clarification, Xi. I’ll try submitting the jobs again on the new server. Hopefully that will solve the issue with DRF349 and DRF350.
