FG-MD & EvoDesign Servers

Does anyone know about how long the processing time takes for these two servers to complete results? It has been almost a week and the servers indicate that the processing for my jobs are still going on...

The job IDs for EvoDesign are: PD104074 and PD104075. I resubmitted as I didn't receive any indication that the job was finished.
The job IDs for FG-MD are: S13269 and S13270. I resubmitted as I didn't receive any indication that the job was finished.
If I submitterd incorrectly I did not receive any indication that there was an error in my submission.

Also, the job ID for EvoDesign submitted on December 14, 2023 is PD104078.

Have you been able to determined why I have not received the results from the two jobs submitted back in early December? What issue or issues were in play that may have prevented the results from being published?

The job IDs for EvoDesign are: PD104074 and PD104075. I resubmitted as I didn't receive any indication that the job was finished.

How do I cancel Server Jobs that I never received any results for?
I would like to cancel them so I can submit new Jobs...
The job Numbers are as follows:
1. QB3559
2. QB3617
3. PD104074
4. PD104075
5. S13269
6. S13270
