.pdb not exsit

Dear,

Tasser suit worked fine before, but recently it suddenly show error: warning: MUSTER --- ../ITLIB/PDB/3ee1A1.pdb does not exist!!!!!!

Does it mean that I need to update the lib?

Dear user,

You can first check if ../ITLIB/PDB/3ee1A1.pdb exists or not by "ls" command,
if this file does not exist, you may want to update/re-download the library to the newest version.
