Unable to submit jobs to D-I-TASSER

Dear Zhang Lab Team,

Thank you for developing and maintaining such a wide array of publicly accessible bioinformatics tools!

Recently I have been trying to submit a new job to the D-I-TASSER webserver (with the email address ulothrixtenuissima@mail.ru), but when I click "Run D-I-TASSER", it fails with this error:

I am not sure what it means exactly, but it appears to be on the server's side. I am also unable to check my jobs' status using the "Check Jobs" page. When I submit my email address, the browser gives me a 502 Bad Gateway Error, although I am definitely registered and have successfully run jobs before...

Is this due to temporary problems with the server itself? Could this be because the web-server is inaccessible from my region (I have to use a VPN to access the website)? Do you have any thoughts on how this could be fixed?
