I have used D-I-TASSER for modelling my protein sequence. Is it necessary to further refine the provided modelled structure through any other structure refinement platform?

The D-I-TASSER pipeline (along with other members of the I-TASSER family) employs a fine-tuned refinement algorithm known as FG-MD. As a result, no additional post-processing refinement is required.
