BindProfX jobs are not finished

BindProfX jobs are not finished
For the last time, jobs submitted through the BindProfX service remains not finished (I get only confirmation e-mail but the the status of the job remains “running” for a long time without finishing). I ask for help in such situation and I’ll be even more grateful if your can solve this problem.

Our cluster currently has an overload of jobs, we are working on solving the problem, but currently, BindProfX is not in line. If you are urgent for the results, you are encouraged to contact yangzhanglab@umich.edu to see if the administrator has any better solution or you can use the download package of BindProfX.
