D-I-TASSER jobs can't be completed.

Hi,
I submitted the sample input on D-I-TASSER home page and got the prediction results , but the job is still labeled as "Pending".
I can't submit the next new job and got the hint that told me to ‘wait until my previous task is completed’.

Is the job still running and what I need to do is waiting or something else？

Hi Zhang Lab team,
I am having the same issue. Job is in fact completed if I click on the link sent when the job was in the queue. However, if I check on the server using my email the status is marked 'pending' - hence not allowed to submit a new job.
Would appreciate if you can take a look at the issue.

D-I-TASSER requires a valid protein sequence in FASTA format. Errors like incorrect characters, incomplete sequences, or sequences longer than 1,500 residues can cause job failures. For example, non-amino acid characters or formatting issues may halt processing.
