My name is Chao Su and I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Freiburg, Germany. Recently, I did a ligand binding prediction with COACH. How can I get information about the ligands from the FINDSITE results (see attachment)?

If you click "Download" to download the ligand sdf file, you will get the ligand 3d structure. You can also use a text editor to open the ligand sdf file to get information such as smiles string, molecular weight etc.
