No result obtained

I have submitted my sequence in COACH server on Wed, 7/12/22 but I still did not get any result since then. I hope the admin team can help me with this problem. I have tried to submit a new job but it is denied since my previous job still in process although it is already 3 weeks running. My job ID is: CH2099410802.

I hope the admin team can help me regarding the problems.
