How can I predict interaction of my predicted protein with other proteins (possible binding) on i-Tasser ?

If you know the second protein that you want to check if it will bind to your target sequence,
you can try any of the following

if you do not know the potentially second sequence, you may try STRING database
https://string-db.org/
