No confirmation email received from C-QUARK and C-Ethreader after job submission

I submitted my job to C-QUARK and C-Ethreader on 10.09.2022. No confirmation email was received from the said servers. I have been waiting for the results for quite some time now. It is a case of emergency and would like to know what the authority could do about this unexpected delay.

What email address do you use when submitting the jobs to CEthreader and C-QUARK?

Also, you may need to check the spam box of the email, sometime it may be there.

Your C-QUARK job should be https://zhanggroup.org/C-QUARK/output/QB2232/ and CEthreader job should be https://zhanggroup.org/CEthreader/output/CEC509/

It seems those two are submitted today, if you have ever submitted before, I didn't find them at our database.
