How do I cancel Server Jobs that I never received any results for?
I would like to cancel the Jobs listed below so I can submit new Jobs...
The job Numbers are as follows:

Does anyone know about how long the processing time takes for these two servers to complete results? It has been almost a week and the servers indicate that the processing for my jobs are still going on...

I downloaded the WinRAR software and was able to open the tar.bz2 file... Thank you for your help...

I have uninstalled WinZip 27 Pro and reinstalled it and WinZip three times and it still says... 'Cannot open file 'result.tar.bz2'. It does notappear to be a valid archive. I have re-downloaded the 'result.tar.bz2' file six times and WinZip says the same thing. Is there anyway that you can send it ...

Okay... However, I can uncompress other result.tar.bz2 files that I have, but for some reason this one will not uncompress/unZip.
