Re: EDock
Can you please at least remove the job? I am unable to submit it again as the server tells me that a job is already present with that email reference. Thank you.

Re: EDock
Hi. It seems that a job I submitted days ago on Edock is encountering some kind of issues. The job id is E3535. Can you please check? As I cannot submit other jobs until it is finished. Usually it takes one day to complete.

It seems that the link ftp is wrong. I replaced with https and library subdirectory and now it seems to work.

Re: Running COACH standalone
Thank you. I guess NR database was not downloaded. But if I run download_lib.pl I can see from the log that the attempt to connect to zhanggroup.org (zhanggroup.org)|141.213.137.249|:21... fails and NR db is not going to be dowloaded. Can you fix that? The server seems to not respond. Best, Francesco

Edock standalone
Hi. I am just trying to run Edock on my workstation but it seems it requires a very old Python version. It is not running on Python3. Is there any missing procedure that I should follow or I must install python2 that is not anymore supported on my Linux system? Thank you!
