I utilized TACOS to generate a homodimer of 3CL protease just as a control but when I checked the distance of the active site, it is around 7.6 angstroms compared to the 3.6 angstrom distance of a downloaded crystal structure from RCSB. I am wondering if TACOS is not appropriate for this function ...
