I-TASSER and QUARK decoys for single domain proteins in CASP10
This page includes structural decoys generated by I-TASSER and QUARK servers
during
CASP10,
for all proteins that the I-TASSER server deemed to be of a single domain.
It only contains the proteins that have the experimental structure solved before the
CASP10 conference.
The data demonstrated a big gap between the submitted model and the best model
in the decoy pool.
As an unsolved problem, it is extremely challenging to select (or refine) the
best models which are the closest to the experimental structures.
