where the first column is the index of the first CA atom, and the second column is
the index of the second CA atom. The third column is the maximum distance of the residue
pair. The fourth column is the confidence score that the distance of the residue pair
is less than the given distance listed in the third column. It is optional and will
be set to 1 if users did not provide. The indexes are for the full-length sequence rather
than the individual domain.
For example, "7 137 24 0.88" in the first row indicates that the CA distance between the
37-
th residue and the 209-
th residue has a confidence of 0.88 being less than 24Å.
